They all suck. Seriously, I've tried hundreds. I've yet to find even one that is even close to the quality of big time MMOs.

I've found Shin Megami Tensei: IMAGINE to be a fairly decent f2p MMORPG. I did go into it already being fan of the Shin Megami Tensei series, however.
